Sean Shen spent 17 years planning, building, and operating the Vanke Liangzhu Cultural Village community in Hangzhou. He published 《走进梦想小镇》 (Walking into Dream Town) and initiated a community public-welfare fund. A former director at Alibaba Group, he contributed to the founding stage of Hupan University, focusing on entrepreneurship education and the design of learning environments.
He is now an AI-native researcher, coaching partner at Hangzhou Innovation AI Camp, and industry mentor at the Alibaba Business School of Hangzhou Normal University. He created the Chinese-language AI-Native Leadership Camp and works on business co-creation between Chinese AI companies and Japanese industry.
