Founder · Sean Shen
Sean Shen spent 17 years building and operating communities in Liangzhu Cultural Village, Hangzhou, where he also established a community public-welfare fund. After working at Alibaba Group, he joined the founding-stage team of Hupan University and worked in entrepreneurship education and executive coaching.
He is now an AI-native researcher, coaching partner at Hangzhou Innovation AI Camp, and industry mentor at the Alibaba Business School of Hangzhou Normal University. He created the Chinese-language AI-Native Leadership Camp and works on business co-creation between Chinese AI companies and Japanese industry.
